Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable to eligible products only. Please check the respective product page for return eligibility and conditions.
2. The standard return window is 5 days from delivery.
3. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
4. The original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact for the return to be accepted.
5. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, the customer may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
6. Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
7. Returns are available for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be accepted in cases such as receiving a wrong, damaged, defective, or significantly different product from what was ordered.

For COD orders, eligible refunds will be processed through the applicable refund method after the returned product is received and inspected. Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or payment details for processing the refund.

For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
